Drillings can be placed in split zones

I wish an idea or a function of having drillings can be placed in the separated zone(s).

For example, having a new Split function (SP in the picture) when a fixed shelf or partition is applied, the drillings (with grid principles) can be placed in the split zone A / B separately. 

Currently, IC can only recognize a full partition, but if a split function can be developed to split the tall verticle zone into multiple zones, then the drillings can be placed freely. 

 

This concept is very similar to the drawer tool when selecting the zone/compartment for drawers.
