Looking feedback about IC2025.

Hello team,

 

I'm currently using IC2024 and thinking about upgrading to IC2025. I'd really appreciate any feedback or advice from those who have already upgraded.

Here are a few questions I would like to ask:

 

1.      Loading Speed
Is the Cabinet 3D tool in IC2025 running faster?

 

2.      Hardware/Connector Migration
When you migrated old hardware connectors (for example, custom drawers or hinges) into IC2025, did you encounter any serious problems—such as misplaced connectors or errors when applying connector settings in the Cabinet 3D?

 

3.      Plastic Feet Library
If I apply kitchen cabinet plastic feet in IC2025, does the migrated library still work correctly?

 

4.      Division Features
Are there any new or improved division features in Cabinet 3D (for example, better shelving or vertical/horizontal splits)?

 

5.      Connector Sets
Do the Cabinet 3D connector sets (screws, cam locks, etc.) work properly in IC2025, or have you noticed any glitches?

a lot of guys mean, the 25 is not faster in generel then the 24.

 

i cant give a comment on this, because i skipped 24 and got a new machine here.

 

But careful, to use 25 on an old machine.

 

i noticed no problems with migration and i migrated from 23

great is, that it only crashes while doing 2 things.

 

1. using the pipette and brush for applying attributes

2. copying files while u are in the "open file" or "save file" explorer-dialogue.

 

This version seems to be stable as i wouldn´t notive in vwx before.

 

Some cool features for parts 3d (u can modify more stuff in the oip) + more.

 

But get a new machine before

2025 is faster an more stable than 2024. Talking about the Cabinet Generator of cause.

although there are some bugs causing crashes on my Installation i recomment updating.
