Hallo Zusammen

 

 

Unser CNC-Werkzeugsatz ist mittlerweile recht umfangreich.

Insbesondere gibt es diverse 5-Achs Bohrer, welche bei Bedarf getauscht werden. 

 

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, ev. mit einer Tabelle... eine Liste aller im Projekt verwendeten Werkzeuge anzeigen zu lassen?

 

Wie macht Ihr das?

My 'vision' for this matter is that the person that draws in the office has no knowledge about which toolnr is exactly on the machine and which ones are out of the company for sharpening. With this in mind I've created our vectorworks tooldatabase with global parameters as Tool ID's:

The global parameters are defined on each machine separate. This gives us the flexibility to let the person that draws and generates the nc programs choose a 'tooltype' and not a specific Toolnumber. In the workplace the cnc operator fills in the global parameters and knows exactly which tool is available. For example _KastBigR = toolnr 15 at one moment. When it's to the sharpening service he replaces it by no. 25 for example and the office doesn't need to adjust. It also gives us the advantage to use different tools on different machines with the same parameter.
