How to uninstall "Additional libraries 2024 (Windows only)"

Hello team,

 

Does anyone know what is this Additional Library about? 

 

Do you know how to completely uninstall it if I have already installed it, or how to delete this folder if it exists.

This additional installer exists only for Windows, due to 32-bit limitation of the installer. (On macOS, all is in one installer). Only the international Englisch version has it, as for the German version the libraries can be downloaded separately by the "Package Manager".
 

Those additional libraries are:

• the Häfele handles of the "Häfele 2022" package
• the handles of  "Hettich Pro Decor"
• the newer textures that we have from suppliers: Kaindl, Kronospan, Pfleiderer, Resopal, SWISSKRONO

 

As for uninstalling, there is currently no separate uninstaller.

One possibility would be to use the uninstaller of interiorcad nd then to install interiorcad again.

 

The installed files are in detail as follow, related to VW program folder. Those are the files you might want to remove:

• the files in the folder Libraries\Defaults\Cabinet\Handles\Häfele 2022
• the file Libraries\Defaults\Cabinet\Handles\Hettich ProDecor 2024.vwx
• the files Libraries\Visualization\Renderworks Textures\interiorcad\interiorcad - ....vwx where ... is one of the suppliers listed above.

is it general possible to make VWX stop asking for such updates? If i press OK by accident i have a downtimes and thousands of useless files we dont need.
