Clamex Komponente

wir haben eine HOMAG BMG110/VENTURE 115. Leider können wir mit den Interiorcad Systemverbindern (Lamello V1 und 4S 45) nicht richtig arbeiten, da unser Aggregat sonst auf der Fläche aufliegen würde. Wir können die Bearbeitungen nur Außen machen. Gibt es schon eine fertige Komponente in VW, die den Lamello Router mit einbezieht?  Oder hat sich da jemand schon was selbst angelegt? Haben noch mehrere das Problem?

habe jetzt selber mal ein Makro geschrieben, dass auch funktioniert. Horizontale Bearbeitung mit der 4s 45. Vertikale mit der Router Komponente. Natürlich mit den neuen Komponenten von WoodWop.

Wie bindest du so ein Macro dann in Interiorcad ein?

 

wir haben auf unserer Holzher auch nen ClamexAggregat. Das staubt gerade ein, weil ich es nicht in VW IC eingebunden bekomme.

I noticed you guys are using Clamex products, and the Lemello Zeta has been on my shopping list for a while. Thinking to buy it if the feedbacks are good. 

 

Is the Clamex strong enough to hold 18/24mm birch plywood with mitre joint? 

 

Most Youtube videos about Clamex are applied on particle board(chipboard) which is light weighted comparing to birch plywood. I haven't seen Clamex applied on birch plywood yet, so just wondering how's the quality and strength of the product to birch plywood. 

 

I normally use biscuit and wood glue on mitre joint, which takes too much time to clamp and to wait the glue dried. 

 

Clamex seems quite attractive to me as it could save considerable labour on doing the mitre joints.

Nope leider nicht.

 

Wir haben eine HolzerCNC Evolution. Und Daher NC-Hops als WOB-Programm

 

Die hat Macros die mit kommen für eine mitgeliefertes Clamex-Aggregat. Aber ich weiß nicht wie ich das in meine Werkzeuge einpflege.

Hi Nap,

 

wie use Clamex, Tenso and Biskuit to glue everything and / or hold it in place.

For large mitres I use  Tenso connectors(?) on both, the inner and outer edge of the joint. For me it works great. Don't want to miss it.

kannst du mal ein Screenshot machen, wenn du die Komponente in deinem Programm geöffnet hast?

Muss mal sehen, was du da für Variablen hast. Also in deinem NC-Hops

Thanks a lot for your feedback. 

I think I will get one Lamello Zeta P2 machine soon. I have a couple of plywood cabinets that need mitre joint coming, and hopefully the machine could help me.
