Cabinets settings in Object

Hello, 

 

The concept of placing things in the Object is cool. 

I would like to know is it possible to change material/constructions for the cabinet that placed in Object? 

Here is my curiosity: 

 

1. First, I placed an Blum HK cabinet in the sub-zone. 

 

 

2. Then I adjust the front -79mm to make the front line up to the edge of plywood panel. 

 

3. I want to change the Blum HK cabinet door from white MDF to plywood Birch, I tried to change it in Interiorcad Construction, but it's not working. Is there any ideas for making it work? 

 

My personal opinion is improving the object function, that the cabinet size can be driven by the sub-zone, and a place to modify the cabinet construction as well.

I also thinking it would be very helpful if the Blum HK cabinet can be opened in component edit view, so the settings can be adjusted.
